FAQs

I have received the wrong Hunnie wrap, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as you notice via contacthunnie@gmail.com

Please do not remove the packaging as this may impact the help we are able to provide.

Can you ship outside of the UK?

We're afraid we don't currently ship outside of the UK. However, please contact us via contacthunnie@gmail.com as we may be able to arrange something for certain orders.

What ingredients do you use?

Our ingredients are either local or sustainably-sourced beeswax and resin, and organic cold pressed jojoba oil.

Our wraps are made in England by hand and we sustainably source our pure cotton fabrics from end of line stocks. This keeps our product line in lovely small batches and ever changing designs!

We use recyclable card packaging and recycled paper postal packaging.

Can I use my Hunnie wrap in the microwave or oven?

No. Hunnie wraps are made with beeswax which will melt in extreme heat. Visit our Care Guide page for some helpful guidance.

I want to place a large order, can you do this?

Please contact us via contacthunnie@gmail.com if you wish to place a wholesale order.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We are sorry to say that we do not currently offer gift vouchers, however this is something we are looking to implement in the near future. Please let us know if this is of interest to you.

How do I edit my order?

If you have made an accidental order please email us immediately and we will look to rectify this for you contacthunnie@gmail.com

What is your returns policy?

If you notice your Hunnie wrap is faulty upon receiving it, please contact us via contacthunnie@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or full refund.

What sizes should I buy?

Size 25cm is great for cheeses, snacking nuts or carrot sticks, or cupcakes. It will cover a small plate, or wrap a small sandwich.

Size 33x33cm will fit doorstop sandwich, small loaf, or cover a large roasting dish.

On holidays you can also use them to protect your toothbrush or razor in your suitcase or wrap your soap. Or even wrapping your pet treats and paint brushes

Sizes are approximate.

How do I care for my wrap?

Simply wipe down with a cloth and cold water between use, air dry and keep in a dry, cool place.

Do not use for raw meat and fish.

Keep away from heat sources such as hot water, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

May appear with yellow tint due to natural colour of bees wax.
